زمینه و هدف: فشار خون شریان ریوی یکی از عوارض شایع بیماری های مادرزادی قلب کودکان می باشد. پیتیدهای ناتریورتیک شامل BNP، ANP و NT Pro BNP در پاسخ به افزایش کشش دیواره بطن ها و دهلیزها ترشح می شوند. هدف از انجام مطالعه حاضر، بررسی ارتباط فشار خون ریوی با سطح سرمی BNP و میزان شانت چپ به راست بر اساس یافته های اکوکاردیوگرافی در کودکان مبتلا به بیماری های مادرزادی قلبی می باشد.
روش بررسی: در یک مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی، 30 مورد از کودکان مبتلا به بیماری های مادرزادی قلبی و فشار خون ریوی، با انجام اکوکاردیوگرافی و تشخیص PDA، ASD و VSD، وارد مطالعه شد. سطح سرمی BNP، میزان شانت چپ به راست و فشار سیستولیک شریان ریوی اندازه گیری شد.
یافته ها: در مطالعه حاضر، 13 بیمار (3/43 درصد) مذکر و 17 بیمار (7/56 درصد) مؤنث بودند. میانگین سطح سرمی BNP در بیماران برابر pg/ml 2/21±9/194 بود در بیماران مورد بررسی، ارتباط معنی داری بین سطح سرمی BNP و میزان فشارخون سیستولیک شریان ریوی وجود داشت (001/0P<). همچنین میانگین سطح سرمی BNP با میزان شانت چپ به راست ارتباط مثبت معنی داری داشت (018/0P=).
نتیجه گیری: در مطالعه حاضر، بر اساس یافته های اکوگاردیوگرافی، ارتباط مستقیمی بین فشارخون سیستولیک شریان ریوی با میزان سطح سرمی BNP و میزان شانت چپ به راست وجود داشت و در کودکانی که امکان اندازه گیری فشارخون شریان ریوی به هر دلیلی وجود ندارد، می تواند کمک کننده باشد.
